Description
There are a few paintings each year that I complete at the Galiano Saturday market. The tunes of the market musicians capture my paintbrush as it moves across the canvas. “Summer Splendor, Montague Harbour” is one of them.
This painting is inspired by the beautiful arbutus trees that line the white shell shoreline at Montague Provincial Park. This year orcas visited the harbour too. This painting is available at the Galiano Saturday market, 992 Burrill Road, 10 am – 2 pm and online at jeanneericksonart.com.
