Inspired by the Douglas fir and arbutus lined rocky shoreline along Gulf Drive, Galiano Island.
5 x 7 inch acrylic painting on stretched canvas. Because the scene continues on the sides the painting is ready to hang.
This little painting was blown from my Saturday market tent during a wind storm that destroyed the tent. It spent a few weeks in the gutter of the Lion’s Hall and was rescued by Barry New when he cleaned them. It is a little worse for wear so I am keeping it home with me for now.
